DISCLOSURE AND TERMS OF USE

For Participating Real Estate Agents and Professionals:

You agree to let Agentometer.com collect and display your sales and aggregated data on our website. Agentometer.com is a referral-based platform. If you agree to the terms of use, you will digitally complete a referral agreement with Thread Real Estate, LLC.
You are responsible for maintaining your own professional liability insurance policy, a valid real estate license, and for following all applicable real estate laws regarding disclosures, documentation and other brokerage responsibilities. Additionally, you are responsible for real estate brokerage services provided to your clients and agree to indemnify, defend and hold Agentometer.com harmless from any claims, costs, and damages incurred by us arising from claims by your clients regarding brokerage services you have provided.
Participating in Agentometer.com and the referral agreement is voluntary and may be terminated by both parties for any reason at any time with written notice. However, any referral agreements completed prior to such termination are still bound by this agreement, and the referral fees will be due upon close of any transactions resulting from such referrals.
By signing the referral agreement, you agree to be contacted by Agentometer.com and its referrals via phone, mail, SMS, emails or other reasonable means.
You further agree that you will not forward our referrals to other parties without our written consent.
Any information provided by you shall be accurate, complete, and owned by you, and you agree to update any information that is inaccurate. You grant Agentometer.com the permission to display your name and aggregate sales performance data on our website. Agentometer.com pulls the data from MLS at a defined cadence. While Agentometer.com will attempt to review any inaccurate data from MLS, it is the responsibility of the agent to rectify data quality with MLS.
You agree that we may modify the services provided, these terms of service or the price charged for our services at any time.
You agree that these public “terms of service” complement and are in addition to the terms of service contained with our fully executed and digitally signed referral agreement.

For Buyers and Sellers:

Our platform is designed to help you find highly qualified agents in specific markets based on historical sales performance data. When you submit information to contact the selected agent, you authorize us to share your contact information with the agent that you have identified. By providing this information, you also consent to being contacted by us and the selected real estate agent(s) via phone, email, SMS, mail and other reasonable means.
In some cases, your selected agent(s) may choose not to participate as a referred agent with Agentometer.com or may simply not be available. We reserve the right to identify another highly qualified agent to assist with your real estate needs.
In order to best serve you, you need to provide information that is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to supplement, amend, or correct inaccurate submissions or to suspect or terminate access to anyone who supplies accurate or misleading information.
You understand that while Agentometer.com may refer real estate agents, Agentometer.com does not perform real estate services in the traditional sense. Any real estate brokerage activities are performed by the referred real estate agents. Agentometer.com does not endorse, recommend or otherwise know the terms of any agreement between you and the referred real estate agent.
You understand that for our services we may receive payment (a referral fee) that may be a percentage of the commission received by the real estate professionals involved in the real estate transaction. There is no direct charge to you for the use of our service. Compensation to Agentometer.com is paid by the referred entity to Agentometer.com Your use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement of, and agreement to, this compensation arrangement.
You agree that we may modify the services provided or these terms of service at any time. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes of our services, and you agree that your continued use of our services after the notice period means you accept the new terms and any subsequent services shall be governed by the new terms.
